Reagent Program
Overview
The Reagent program provides on-site access to the most commonly stocked laboratory products; it benefits the institution and end users in the following ways:
- Diminished administrative time spent on ordering and stocking of high usage products.
- Improved productivity of research personnel by reducing the time spent on sourcing and acquiring research products.
- Convenient and economical access to innovative technologies and staple research products.
- Reduced procurement costs through consolidated ordering and reduced freight costs through consolidated shipping.
Ordering
To place an order:
- Complete one of the reagent order forms. Forms may be obtained by calling 745-6701.
- Order forms must include a valid USF or Moffitt Lawson activity code.
- FAX your order to 745-7265, or place your completed form in the “in box” located at the SRB on the 2nd floor.
- USF PO orders are placed Monday through Thursday at 3 p.m.
- Orders received after 3 p.m. Monday through Wednesday will be placed the next business day.
- Orders received after 3 p.m. on Thursday will not be ordered until the following Monday.
- Lawson orders are placed Monday through Thursday before 2 p.m.
- Orders received after 2 p.m. Monday through Wednesday will be placed the next business day.
- Orders received after 2 p.m. on Thursday will not be ordered until the following Monday.

- In Stock Items: We have a limited number of items in-stock. An inventory list may be obtained by calling 745-6701.
