The Mouse Models Core Facility generates genetically engineered mice for both basic and translational cancer research. Services include experimental consultation and derivation of transgenic and gene-targeted mice; assistance with characterization, rederivation, and cryopreservation of mouse lines; fluorescent and luminescent imaging of mouse models; and instruction in relevant molecular, cellular, and animal procedures.
